Booked a room through Zenhotels, but check-in was messy and the suite didn’t match the pics, kind of a letdown.
I booked a deluxe room through Zenhotels and honestly, it was a breeze. The hotel was spotless, super comfy, and the view was gorgeous. Loved how easy the whole process was, from booking to check-out. Totally stress-free and exactly what I needed for a chill getaway.
Booked through Zenhotels hoping for a smooth trip, but it didn’t go as planned. The site looked easy to use, but the hotel details weren’t super clear and customer support was slow to respond. Felt more frustrating than helpful.
