Booked my stay through ZenHotels and everything went super smooth.
Booked a room through Zenhotels, but check-in was messy and the suite didn’t match the pics, kind of a letdown.
Used Zenhotels to book a suite and it went okay, room was nice, but check-in felt slow and a bit confusing. The app made booking easy though, so props for that.
