Delivery takes 1–5 business days for commercial/residential areas and 3–6 business days for outlying islands in Hong Kong.
Macau orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days.
Delivery is free on all orders.
Note: No delivery to international warehouse addresses, and shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

For non-quality-related returns, you can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your product.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only, and must be for a product of the same style and colour.
For quality issues, you can request a return/exchange within 3 months of purchase, pending approval by the after-sales service team.
Items such as final sale products, worn items, and those with altered packaging are not eligible for return.
