Free Shipping on all U.S. orders via UPS Mail Innovations (may transfer to USPS).
Delivery Time:
- Basic Economy: 7–14 business days
- Expedited: 2–4 business days
- Express: 2 business days
Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Orders to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.
Note: Spray deodorants are not eligible for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or Canada.
Lume does not refund or replace orders marked as delivered or sent to incorrect addresses.

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 60 days of purchase for eligible items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit.
No exchanges are allowed.
International and Canada orders are not eligible for refunds (may qualify for store credit).
All returns must be pre-approved and sent using a company-issued return label.
Refunds exclude original shipping fees and are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Misuse of the return policy may lead to refusal of future service.
